The Director`s office of Madina Group is looking for a reliable Correspondence Control Department (CCD) Officer to become the single point of control for correspondence, follow-ups, and import procurement coordination across the group`s companies Madina Polymer Industries Ltd (MPIL) and Madina Maritime Ltd (MML) in particular. This is a position of trust that works directly with the Director. We are seeking someone dependable who will grow with us and stay for the long run minimum three (3) years.
Key responsibilities:
Control all correspondence between the Director`s office, department heads, and foreign suppliers ensuring nothing is lost, late, or forgotten.
Prepare and follow up RFQs, quotations, and comparative statements for imported raw material (e.g. SS coil for MPIL, MS plate & shipbuilding sections for MML).
Coordinate Proforma Invoices, L/C, and shipping / C&F documents with the Commercial team and overseas suppliers.
Monitor raw-material stock levels and raise reorder alerts on time.
Send a daily End-of-Day report, chase pending replies, and keep clear reminders and follow-ups.
Maintain organized records and filing of all correspondence and procurement documents.
