Cashier

Maintain accurate records of the organization's financial transactions and monitor daily cash balances. Verify all cash transactions, supporting documents, and calculations before posting entries into the accounting software to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Organize and securely maintain payment vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents for future reference and audit purposes. Manage petty cash transactions, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and reconciliation. Review the daily cash and fund position and submit timely reports to the designated authority.

Prepare and communicate end-of-day cash balance and financial status reports to the concerned personnel on a regular basis. Perform additional finance and administrative duties assigned by management as required. Be prepared to work efficiently during peak business periods while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Be willing to travel to locations outside Dhaka whenever necessary to conduct cash verification and counting activities. If required, serve as a cashier at any company branch across Bangladesh for a temporary period of one to two months.
