Job Summary

Back In Motion: American Health & Wellness Center is looking for a compassionate, customer-focused, and energetic Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial inquiry to service completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with patients and doctors, provide exceptional customer support, promote healthcare service packages, and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and healthcare services.
• Assist doctors in managing patient schedules and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Guide and support patients throughout their treatment and service journey.
• Explain healthcare services and packages to patients and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with patients before and after consultations to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Communicate effectively through phone calls, emails, and written messages.
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual sales targets by promoting healthcare service packages.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive patient experience at every stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, patient coordination, healthcare, or a call center environment.
• Applicants with call center experience will be given preference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work under sales targets and performance goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
