Canteen Manager

- Manage the overall daily operation of the company canteen.

- Plan and supervise daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other meal services as required.

- Ensure proper food quality, taste, hygiene, and cleanliness.

- Supervise cooks, kitchen helpers, cleaners, and other canteen staff.

- Prepare daily/weekly menus according to employees' requirements and company policy.

- Monitor food purchasing, receiving, storage, and consumption.

- Maintain proper stock of rice, vegetables, fish, meat, spices, cooking oil, and other ingredients.

- Minimize food wastage and control unnecessary expenses.

- Maintain daily records of food purchases, stock, meal quantities, and expenses.

- Ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, utensils, equipment, and surrounding areas.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

- Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding employee meal requirements and complaints.

- Handle employee feedback regarding food quality and service.

- Monitor canteen equipment and report maintenance requirements.

- Prevent misuse, theft, or unnecessary consumption of food and materials.

- Prepare regular reports regarding canteen expenses, stock, and operations.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
