Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide information and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer information accurately.
• Follow assigned processes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Escalate issues when required and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
