🔵 POSITION 01: Full-Time Call Center Representative

💼 Job Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls

✅ Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information

✅ Follow up with customers when required

✅ Maintain SLA and service quality standards

✅ Update and manage customer information using CRM

✅ Follow scripts, SOPs and operational guidelines

📌 Employment Type: Full-Time

📌 Male & Female candidates can apply

📌 Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

📌 Working Hours: 9 Hours (Including 1-hour break)

📌 Shift: Morning / Evening / Night

📌 Night Shift: Male candidates only

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Undergraduate (Running Student)/Diploma holders/Graduates can apply

🖥️ Basic computer literacy

📄 Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Google Sheets

💬 Good Bengali communication skills (Speaking & Typing)

⌨️ Good typing speed in English & Bengali

🤝 Punctual, responsible, honest and team-oriented

🎧 Good listening and customer-handling skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

💰 Fixed Salary: BDT 10,000/month

🍱 Lunch Allowance: BDT 1,200/month

📈 Probation Period: 6 Months
