Are you confident in communication, comfortable speaking with students, and passionate about helping people achieve their study-abroad goals?
We’re looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
• Communicate with prospective students through phone calls
• Understand students’ study-abroad interests and requirements
• Qualify leads and maintain proper follow-ups
• Schedule counseling appointments
• Coordinate with the Counselor Team
• Maintain professional communication with prospective students
What We’re Looking For
✔ 6 months or 1 year of experience in education consultancy is a plus!
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Fluent in Bangla & English
✔ Confident and professional phone manner
✔ Good listening & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle and follow up with leads
✔ Experience in a call center, sales, customer service, or education consultancy is a plus
