Call Center Executive

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, following up on leads, and converting qualified leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Receive and respond to incoming customer calls when required.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, interest, and eligibility.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/software.
• Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for customer requirements and service delivery.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.
• Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding lead status and sales performance.
• Perform other customer-service and calling-related duties assigned by management.
