Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
The role will also support customer follow-up, complaint management, lead generation and coordination with Sales and other relevant teams.
Office Location: 7th Floor, Sharif Mansion, 56–57 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka–1000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Gradually create, develop and maintain a comprehensive database of FAST’s Target Groups, including Carpenters, Dealers, Shop Owners and other relevant stakeholders.
Regularly call, communicate and follow up with customers and target groups to collect information, feedback, requirements and business-related updates.
Keep all customer and stakeholder information accurate, updated and properly documented in the database.
Conduct regular database-based follow-up activities, including customer engagement, lead follow-up, campaign communication and feedback collection.
Prepare MIS reports and various management reports from the database to support Sales & Marketing decision-making.
Analyze database information to identify customer trends, follow-up status, leads, engagement levels and other relevant insights.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, proper documentation and timely database updates.
Support the Brand & Marketing team in database, customer engagement activities and other CRM/MIS initiatives.
