Business Development Specialist & Marketing Planner

Job Context

This Organization is one of Bangladesh's leading online platforms, working on preparation for BCS, Bank, NTRCA, Primary, and Grade 11–20 government job examinations. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Analyst / Business Development Specialist & Marketing Planner who can analyze our business, identify new growth opportunities, and drive strategies to increase student enrollment, revenue, and market reach.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thinks commercially — constantly looking for ways to sell more courses, build new partnerships, and grow Biddabari into an even bigger name in the online exam-preparation space.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Development

• Continuously identify and propose new ideas, courses, and revenue streams to increase Biddabari's overall sales and enrollment.
• Analyze the competitive landscape (other BCS/Bank/NTRCA/Primary coaching platforms) and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships — with schools, coaching centers, content creators, and corporate/institutional clients — to expand Biddabari's reach.
• Explore and recommend new business models such as referral programs, bundled course packages, affiliate partnerships, and corporate/bulk enrollment deals.
• Conduct pricing and offer analysis, and recommend competitive, profitable pricing and promotional strategies.

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new courses, features, or campaigns through discussions with management and relevant teams.
• Analyze student enrollment funnels, drop-off points, and conversion data to identify where sales can be improved.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and reports to support new initiatives and investment decisions.
• Track key performance indicators (enrollment, revenue, retention, campaign ROI) and present clear, data-driven recommendations to management.

Marketing Planning

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional calendars to drive student acquisition and course sales.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to align campaign messaging with target audience needs and exam seasons.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns across digital platforms and suggest data-backed optimizations.
• Conduct market and audience research to refine target segments, messaging, and positioning.
• Support the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and promotional materials for partnerships and campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Academic, Content, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure business strategies are executed smoothly.
• Gather student and market feedback to help refine course offerings and the overall student experience.
• Stay updated on EdTech industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to keep Biddabari ahead of the curve.
• Perform any other business development or strategic tasks assigned by management.
