Business Development Officer

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is a leading electronics manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are looking for talented and ambitious professionals to join our organization. This is an Entry Level Business Development Officer in our WHIPLC home appliance division, Product Management and Market Analysis department.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing and business development activities for assigned Products

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research

• Maintain product safety standards and optimize inventory levels

• Ensure adequate product display and visibility at distributor points

• Educate and support sales teams regarding product knowledge and benefits

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales development reports

• Analyze competitor offers, pricing strategies and market trends

• Identify market gaps and ensure product availability through sales channels

• Develop and propose innovative business development ideas

• Collaborate with other departments on marketing and branding initiatives

• Coordinate and arrange distributor-based promotional activities

• Provide excellent support to distributors and customers for service excellence

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management
