Business Development Manager

• 4–6 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise, technology, consulting, digital, or professional services.
• Proven experience in government sales projects is mandatory.
• Strong experience in enterprise and government sales in the Bangladesh market.
• A well-established professional network and strong market connections across relevant government and enterprise sectors.
• Strong understanding of government procurement, tendering processes, RFPs, RFQs, and institutional buying cycles.
• Experience handling large-value or complex sales opportunities from initial contact to closure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise decision-making structures and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and convert relationships into business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage sales targets, pipelines, forecasts, and revenue opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of opportunities, and consistently follow through.

Good to have: RFP/RFQ experience, SaaS/web/mobile product experience, GCC/international market exposure, and familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and localization.

• Experience working with large government organizations, ministries, agencies, corporations, or public-sector institutions.
• Experience handling large-scale digital transformation or technology projects.
• Strong connections within Bangladesh’s enterprise, government, or technology ecosystem.
• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise or government sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Ability to identify business opportunities through market knowledge and professional networks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and decision-making processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex sales discussions.
• Strong follow-up and deal management skills.
