Business Development Manager

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a driven, commercially sharp Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our technology and software portfolio.

You will own the full business development cycle - from identifying opportunities and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals - in a fast-moving environment where speed, adaptability, and ownership matter more than process for its own sake.

This role suits someone who thrives on targets, understands how tech products and services are sold, and can confidently engage decision-makers from startups to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for software products, SaaS solutions, and IT services across local and international markets
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM
Develop go-to-market and account penetration strategies for target industries and client segments
Lead client meetings, product demos, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract closure
Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to translate client requirements into winning solutions
Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking forums
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
