We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharmato join our Wisdo Health team. This role would be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our pharma business. Working directly with Wisdo’s President, this person will play a hands-on role in identifying prospective clients, executing outreach campaigns, supporting business-development activities, and helping expand relationships across the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, technology-savvy, and comfortable using AI and a variety of digital tools to work quickly and independently. You may be researching a pharmaceutical brand and building a prospect list, launching a LinkedIn campaign, preparing for a client meeting, working in our CRM, or using AI to accelerate research and content development. Prospecting, outreach, and consistent follow-up are central to the role. You’ll also help turn what you learn about prospective clients into stronger campaigns and sales materials. The right person enjoys figuring things out, learning new tools, and turning ideas into execution. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

About You

• At least 3 years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing, including prospect research, outbound outreach, and pipeline follow-up.
• Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or healthcare/pharma agencies is strongly preferred.
• Able to describe outreach campaigns you personally executed and the meetings or opportunities they generated.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms to run outreach and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Strong research and writing skills, with demonstrated use of AI tools to work faster while checking the accuracy and quality of the output.
