Business Development Executive

We are looking for a responsible, sincere, and hardworking individual to work with us in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and friendly company culture as Senior Business Development Executive.We expect you to boost our revenue and help us to acquire new business in our company. Vacancy: 02

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct client meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and provide software demonstrations.

Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions. Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Stay updated with ERP trends, SaaS technologies, and competitor offerings.

Maintain Lead management software Regularly Update CRM Software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software sales (ERP sales preferred). Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and software implementation processes. Prior experience with ERPNext or Odoo will be considered an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to conduct product demos confidently to C-level executives and decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Willingness to engage with both local and international clients across multiple time zones.

Willingness to travel within Bangladesh and internationally when required.
