Business Development Executive - Brand & Communication

Business Development

• Develop and expand business opportunities with individual dental chambers, clinics, hospitals, and dental colleges.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the dental healthcare market.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual activity targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to dentists, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert business opportunities into successful sales.

Client & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, dental colleges, and institutional partners.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, product requirements, deliveries, and other business-related matters.
• Support account management and conduct payment follow-ups when required.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
• Support the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve brand visibility and market penetration.

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare and submit regular field visit, client, and business development reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and business opportunities.
• Assist management with MIS reporting, documentation, and other official tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Provide necessary support to HR and management in reporting and administrative matters when required.
