Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Associate to expand our candidate network and business partnerships related to Japan.

The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client counseling, sales and closing, relationship management, business development, and overseas placement consulting, with a strong focus on Japan-related employment and education opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for Japan employment and study opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Counsel candidates and handle follow-ups and client closing.
• Develop relationships with Japanese employers and business partners.
• Identify new business and recruitment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate processing.
• Maintain CRM, lead records, and sales reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, job fairs, seminars, and field activities.
• Research the Japan job market and competitor activities.
• Maintain client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.
