Business Deployment Manager

Northern Agro Services Limited is looking for a highly ambitious, commercially minded, and adaptable professional to join our agribusiness and support business development, operational scaling, institutional readiness, and strategic growth initiatives.

The selected candidate will undergo an intensive 2–3 month training and development period, gaining exposure to business operations, compliance, systems, market development, and strategic execution. Following the training period, the candidate is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and operate independently with minimal supervision.

This role is designed as a long-term leadership track, with the potential to progress into a senior leadership position, including leading a subsidiary or new business venture as the organization expands.

• Support business development, market expansion, and strategic initiatives across the agribusiness.
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational systems, processes, and business structures.
• Support institutional readiness, compliance, documentation, and operational scaling.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and growth areas.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, clients, farmers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze business and operational data to support management decision-making.
• Support the execution and monitoring of strategic projects and key business initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital technologies for research, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Take increasing ownership of business functions following the training period.
• Demonstrate initiative and independently solve operational and business challenges.
