Key Responsibilities
Process and manage assigned work orders.
Handle work orders through client portals.
Review and analyze data, estimates, photos and required documentation.
Ensure work orders meet client requirements, guidelines and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor work order status and ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all processing activities.
Review work orders, bids, estimates, photos, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
