Business Analyst

Overall client Communication and Interviewing, Conduct design workshop.

Prepare SRS/BRS PPT (User Journey) for client to finalize business requirements.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document people (e.g. capacity building), processes, and platforms (i.e. technology systems) requirements

Analyses, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications.

Partner with business users to conduct acceptance testing.

Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures.

Work with Solution Architects/Developers to ensure the system solution can be feasibly implemented and satisfies business/user requirements.

Document and act as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Work within a project team to deliver incremental business value to users following an Agile methodology.

Identify any potential conflicting business requirements, definition gaps, dependencies between projects and escalate to project manager to formulate a resolution plan.

Support the prioritization of design requirements with the project team with an informed understanding of the impact to the organization.

Maintain accurate, version controlled, documentation over the project lifecycle, which is readily available to key stakeholders, and ensure the knowledge is disseminated.
