Business Analyst

At Musemind, you’ll sit between Sales, Clients, Design, and Development, turning anything from a rough idea or existing product to an RFP into a clear, realistic, and estimable digital product scope. This is a research-heavy, client-facing role. You’ll investigate unfamiliar businesses, understand user and business needs, ask the right questions, structure product requirements, estimate effort, and help shape solutions before they enter production.

• Analyze briefs, websites, apps, Figma files, specifications, and RFPs
• Research products, competitors, industries, markets, users, and business models
• Collaborate with Design, Development, PM, and Sales teams to validate scope and ensure smooth handoff
• Identify gaps, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and unanswered questions
• Consider localization, RTL, accessibility, GCC requirements, integrations, and other scope-impacting factors
• Join client/sales calls and uncover the business need behind requested features
• Present Musemind’s 400+ shipped projects to prospective clients
• Define features, user roles, workflows, user journeys, screen flows, and functional scope
• Prepare questionnaires, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and estimation sheets
• Estimate UX/UI and development effort and structure project phases

AI in the Workflow

Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI agents/workflows for research, analysis, call summaries, scope structuring, documentation, and estimation. Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, token optimization, structured prompting, and agentic workflows is expected. Always validate and fact-check AI output-AI accelerates the work; judgment remains yours.

What You Need

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Strong Figma skills - confidently inspect files, components, variants, prototypes, flows, and screen-level requirements
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for estimation and scope breakdown
• Understanding of UX/UI, IA, user flows, and digital product development.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks, development processes, and coding principles, gained through hands-on product development experience.
• Ability to turn messy information into structured requirements and scope
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
• 1+ years in Business Analysis, UX/UI, Product, Development, QA, Research, or a related field preferred

Good to have: RFP/RFQ experience, SaaS/web/mobile product experience, GCC/international market exposure, and familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and localization.
