Branding & Social Media Specialist (Sportswear Brand)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media & Communication, English, or a related field is preferred.

• However, candidates with strong practical experience and a proven portfolio are encouraged to apply regardless of academic background

• Age 24 to 40 years

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing within the sports, fashion, or e-commerce sector.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, e-commerce retargeting, and performance marketing basics.

• Solid understanding of sportswear fabrics, apparel design trends, and sports culture.

• Candidates with relevant experience in the Sportswear/Fashion/ Lifestyle retail sector will be preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Good understanding of organic social media growth and content strategy.

• Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.

• Strong copywriting and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of video content, reels, short-form videos, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a creative team.

• Must be organized, proactive, creative, and deadline oriented.
