PGD in Brand Management or Strategic Branding is an advantage
Proven experience building or scaling a brand, ideally with international market exposure
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with sales and production teams
Proficient in digital marketing tools and MS Office
Portfolio or case studies of past branding/campaign work may be requested at interview stage
Brand Building & Identity
Develop and strengthen the Royal brand identity, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all products (synthetic leather, PVC Rexin, floor mats, coated fabrics) and markets.
Create and refine brand guidelines, packaging standards, and promotional materials to maintain a consistent global brand image.
Lead brand or sub-brand development for new product lines as the company expands its portfolio.
Strategy & Market Growth
Design and execute brand strategies that support the company`s international expansion goals and export ambitions.
Identify new markets, buyer segments, and growth opportunities both domestically and abroad.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to keep Royal`s positioning sharp and relevant.
Promotion & Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns — digital, trade shows, exhibitions, dealer programs — to build awareness among buyers, distributors, and end users worldwide.
Manage the company`s digital presence (website, social media) to strengthen visibility with international audiences.
Represent Royal at trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to build relationships and open new markets.
Collaboration & Performance
Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure brand initiatives translate into real business growth.
Prepare promotional budgets and track ROI of brand campaigns and activities.
Prepare regular reports on brand performance, market visibility, and competitor positioning for the Managing Director/Directors.
Support senior management in shaping long-term brand strategy aligned with the company`s growth targets.
