Key Responsibilities:
Digital Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and online revenue.
E-commerce Management: Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website optimization, product merchandising, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Content & Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content, email marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives that align with the brand identity.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as web traffic, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and sales performance using analytics tools to make data-backed decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with digital marketing specialists, graphic designers, and web developers to achieve collective goals.
