Bachelor's degree or MBA with a marketing specialization, or equivalent experience.
5–8+ years of brand or marketing management experience; FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty category experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing both trade/retail channels and digital channels concurrently.
Experience managing a multi-brand or multi-category portfolio is an advantage.
Strong familiarity with the Bangladesh retail and trade landscape.

Everlife Enterprise is the sole Bangladesh distributor for Kevin & Coco Cosmetics, currently active across roughly 94 retail outlets with a portfolio of over 100 SKUs, with additional brand rights (including a K-Beauty line) under negotiation.

This role owns brand strategy and execution across a multi-brand portfolio spanning colour cosmetics/makeup, personal care, and skin care, across both trade and digital channels. The portfolio is expected to grow, and this role is expected to grow with it.

Develop and execute brand plans for each brand and category within the portfolio (colour cosmetics/makeup, personal care, skin care).
Own trade marketing across the existing retail network: outlet visibility, point-of-sale materials, trade promotions, and retailer/distributor activation, in coordination with the sales team.
Own the brand's digital presence: company website, social media, digital campaigns, content, influencer/partnership activity, and e-commerce growth.
Lead new brand and product launches, including onboarding of new brand rights as they are secured.
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis of the colour cosmetics, personal care, and skin care categories in Bangladesh.
Coordinate with supply chain/procurement on SKU planning and with finance on brand-level pricing and promotional spend.
Own brand guidelines, packaging and creative direction, and manage external creative/agency vendors.
