Brand Communication Executive

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Brand, Communication, Content, or Social Media.
• Experience with premium/lifestyle/beauty/fashion/e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and brand voice.
• Ability to develop monthly/weekly content calendars and content strategies.
• Strong Bangla & English copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Hands-on experience in social media content planning, publishing, and campaign communication.
• Experience in Influencer/KOL coordination.
• Ability to provide clear and effective creative briefs to Designers, Video Editors, and Videographers.
• Ability to manage the complete campaign process from concept → content → communication → execution.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on brand growth, engagement, and communication effectiveness.
• The candidate should be more than a content/posting executor and must have the ability to think from a brand and business perspective.
