Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth retail activities, and maintaining high customer service standards. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales performance, and monitoring inventory levels to meet demand. The Branch Manager will implement promotional campaigns, coordinate merchandising, and ensure that store displays align with brand guidelines. The role also involves handling customer concerns, managing cash and daily reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
