Position Overview:

• The BP Support Representative is responsible for providing operational, technical, and administrative support to Brand Promoters (BPs) and Sales Officers (SOs). The role focuses on resolving BP-related issues, supporting onboarding and retention activities, managing service requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely communication and issue resolution to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Brand Promoters (BPs) and Sales Officers (SOs) to ensure smooth business operations.
• Receive, review, and resolve BP-related queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support agent onboarding, activation, and retention activities while ensuring compliance with company processes and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding incentive programs, settlements, and operational issues affecting BPs and SOs.
• Monitor and support risk management activities related to Brand Promoters and escalate potential concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, follow-up trackers, and daily/weekly operational reports.
• Ensure timely communication and effective issue resolution through collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders.
