Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and extensive relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

5–8 years of experience in boiler maintenance services of coal-based thermal power plants.
Mandatory experience in the maintenance of a 660 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Plant Unit.
Strong expertise in boiler pressure parts, combustion systems, heat transfer equipment, and boiler auxiliaries.
Experience in outage management, condition monitoring, failure analysis, and reliability improvement programs.
Familiarity with international maintenance standards and OEM maintenance practices will be an advantage.

Required Competencies

In-depth knowledge of supercritical boiler technology and thermal power plant systems.
Strong expertise in boiler diagnostics, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering.
Experience in boiler tube failure analysis and condition-based maintenance techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to manage critical maintenance challenges and provide effective technical solutions.
Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary Package

Basic Salary: BDT 1,70,000/-
Other Allowances: BDT 30,000/-
Total Gross Salary: BDT 2,00,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities

C&H Power Management Company Limited is a professional Operation & Maintenance (O&M) company engaged in the operation and maintenance of a 2 × 660 MW Coal-Fired Supercritical Thermal Power Plant located at Banskhali, Chattogram, Bangladesh, owned by SS Power I Limited.

As the designated O&M Contractor, C&H Power Management Company Limited is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operation and maintenance of the power plant following its Commercial Operation Date (COD).

The Boiler Expert will serve as a key technical specialist responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, safety, and long-term integrity of boiler systems and associated auxiliaries in the 660 MW Supercritical Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant Unit. The incumbent will provide expert guidance in maintenance planning, condition monitoring, troubleshooting, outage management, and boiler performance optimization to achieve world-class operational standards.
