Experience: 1–3 years in BIM modeling (Architecture, Structure, Civil or MEP).
Project History: Experience in major infrastructure projects (HVAC, utilities & Fire) is an advantage.
Software Skills: Proficient in Autodesk tools (Revit, Auto-Cad, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LOD requirements and modeling standards.
Capabilities: Ability to develop accurate, detailed 3D models from drawings/specifications.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work in a coordinated team environment.
Availability: Must be able to work full-time (With Dual Shift).

Model Development: Develop & update BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Civil, or MEP).
Standards Compliance: Ensure all models strictly follow project standards, templates, and LOD requirements.
Clash Coordination: Assist in clash detection, model updates, and coordination with the BIM Manager.
Documentation: Produce 2D drawings, extractions, schedules, and model documentation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and project teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
Lifecycle Support: Support BIM workflows throughout design, construction, and as-built phases.
