Bell / Door Person

Q HOTEL Dhaka is seeking professional, energetic and service-oriented Bell / Door Persons to create a warm and memorable first and last impression for every guest. You will welcome guests at the entrance, assist with luggage, support arrivals and departures, and ensure smooth, courteous service that reflects the standards of a five-star hotel.

• Welcome and greet all guests at the hotel entrance in a warm and professional manner.
• Open and close vehicle doors and assist guests safely when arriving or departing.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Tag, handle and deliver guest luggage safely and accurately.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, room changes and check-out.
• Store and retrieve luggage securely in the designated luggage area.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office regarding guest arrivals, departures and room readiness.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, group arrivals and special guest arrangements.
• Provide guests with directions and information about hotel facilities, restaurants, meeting rooms and local attractions.
• Assist guests in arranging taxis, airport transfers and other transportation when required.
• Maintain the hotel entrance, driveway and lobby areas in a clean, organized and welcoming condition.
• Monitor the arrival and departure area and ensure smooth vehicle movement in coordination with Security.
• Assist guests with wheelchairs, special assistance and other reasonable service requirements.
• Deliver messages, parcels, documents and guest items as instructed.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage storage and retrieval.
• Handle guest luggage and personal belongings with care and confidentiality.
• Report lost luggage, damaged items, guest incidents or unusual situations to the Front Office Supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Security and Front Office to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room types and operating hours.
• Promote a positive image of the hotel through professional grooming, courtesy and helpful service.
• Follow all hotel security, health and safety procedures.
• Assist other Front Office operations when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager / Duty Manager or Chief Concierge.
