Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to standard recipes
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all coffee and beverages
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly and safely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and work station
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests professionally
Explain menu items, coffee options, and suggest beverages when needed
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing bar supplies
Ensure proper cash handling and billing accuracy when required
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
