Aura Experience is looking for an experienced, passionate and service-oriented Barista Supervisor to lead our beverage team and maintain exceptional coffee and beverage standards.

Reports To: F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager
DUTY HOURS: Duty according to restaurant operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and lead the daily operations of the barista and beverage station.
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee, specialty coffee, tea and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, temperature and presentation of all beverages.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders and other beverage equipment properly.
Monitor espresso extraction, grinder settings, milk steaming and coffee preparation standards.
Ensure proper mise en place and readiness of the beverage station before service.
Train and guide baristas on coffee preparation, beverage recipes and service standards.
Conduct daily staff briefings and assign station responsibilities.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, punctuality and discipline.
Ensure excellent guest service and professional communication.
Handle guest feedback and beverage-related complaints professionally.
Maintain proper stock levels of coffee beans, tea, milk, syrups, sauces, garnishes and other beverage ingredients.
Monitor stock usage, wastage and portion control.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper storage procedures.
Check the quality and freshness of coffee beans, milk and beverage ingredients.
Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness of the coffee station.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to SOP.
Monitor daily beverage sales and support upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with the F&B Manager and service team for smooth restaurant operations.
Assist in developing new coffee, mocktail and specialty beverage recipes when required.
Maintain beverage recipe cards and standard portion measurements.
Support inventory counting and daily beverage closing procedures.
Report equipment problems, stock shortages and quality issues to management.
Ensure smooth beverage service during peak hours and special events.
