We’re hiring 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔 with expertise in 𝐃𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 or 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 to build scalable, high-performance applications. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who enjoy writing clean code, designing robust APIs, and solving real-world problems through efficient backend logic.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

– Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Django or Laravel

– Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences

– Design and implement RESTful APIs and data models

– Optimize application performance and database queries

– Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

– Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

– 0–4 years of experience in backend development using Django (Python) or Laravel (PHP)

– Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and REST APIs

– Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

– Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

– Ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code

– Strong problem-solving and communication skills

– Solid understanding of 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and the ability to work with modern 𝐀𝐈 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 for automation or enhancement of workflows

𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
