Asst.Manager-Maintenance

Plan and supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime.

Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of mechanical, electrical and utility-related problems.

Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned jobs.

Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians mechanics and contractors.

Allocate manpower and maintenance resources according to operational requirements.

Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance and equipment history.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS and other departments to resolve maintenance related issues.

Control maintenance costs and assist in preparation of annual maintenance budgets.

Monitor consumption and availability of critical spare parts, tools and consumables.

Evaluate spare parts requirements and coordinate with Procurement for timely purchasing.

Support installation, commissioning, modification and upgrading of machinery and equipment.

Prepare regular maintenance reports and present findings to management.

Perform any other maintenance related duties assigned by management.
