Asst. Security In-Charge/Security Supervisor

Control the assign shift overall operational security of the entire depot.

Ensure the safety and security of approximately 400 staff members, physical assets, and cargo.

Conduct regular and systematic security patrolling across the depot perimeter and yard.

Plan, assign, and manage daily shift and duty rosters for the security guard force.

Maintain a special monitoring team strictly dedicated to the CFS and Import/CSD sections.

Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and provide regular training to security guards.

Control depot gates and strictly maintain the vehicle in/out process.

Verify gate passes, delivery orders/Chalan and driver credentials for all incoming and outgoing trucks.

Enforce strict anti-pilferage protocols during container unstuffing and cargo handling.

Monitor workforce and visitor access control to ensure strict entry compliance.

Act as the first responder to security breaches, workplace accidents, or disputes.

Draft detailed shift logs, incident reports, and daily security summaries for management.

Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and port security agencies when necessary.
