Preferred degrees are Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor in any discipline, Masters in any Discipline

Preferred Industry Type are FMCG, Manufacturing and Production, Manufacturing

Experience must be within 3-5 years

Excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, offices, hotels, restaurants, and large organizations

Strong sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and target-setting skills

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team

Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, pricing, trade terms, and market dynamics

Ability to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong data analysis and reporting skills , including Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/Sales software

Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve revenue and volume targets

Strong commercial and financial understanding , including margins, profitability, credit terms, and collection

Willingness to conduct regular client visits and market visits

Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and team-management capabilities

Must have a result-oriented, proactive, and growth-focused mindset

Experience in beverage/FMCG corporate sales will be highly preferred .
