• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across Sales, Factory, Head Office, and other business functions.
• Plan and manage manpower requirements in line with business expansion and organizational needs.
• Oversee HR operations, including joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, attendance, leave, and employee separation.
• Maintain and regularly update all employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management through KPI setting, performance evaluation, and identifying performance gaps.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters while maintaining a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure HR policy, labor law, and statutory compliance across the organization.
• Organize Sales Meetings and prepare and maintain meeting minutes.
• Monitor and supervise daily administrative activities, ensuring timely execution.
