Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities & Context

•  Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure aligned business execution.
•  Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
•  Sell company shares and real estate projects, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by presenting properties based on their needs and preferences.
•  Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
•  Assist customers with property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
•  Coordinate sales activities with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
•  Align all sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and long-term business objectives.
• Contribute to business planning, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Identify market risks and growth opportunities and recommend actionable business strategies.
• Plan and manage advertising, promotions, and events across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop brochures, presentations, and digital marketing content.
• Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to guide sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with media, vendors, and industry influencers.
• Monitor and manage sales budgets to ensure optimal use of resources.
• Track campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Real Estate
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• North South University, BRAC University, Independent University, Bangladesh, American International University Bangladesh, United International University students will get preference
• Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
