Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and future hiring requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, campus recruitment, and other innovative channels.
Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment and selection processes.
Manage candidate communication, salary negotiation, offer management, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
Maintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports on key Talent Acquisition metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment effectiveness.
Ensure effective utilization of ATS and other recruitment tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Stay updated on talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment strategies.
