Lead the legal work and compliance functions and support strategic business decisions from a legal perspective.

Should possess strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing Deeds of Agreement for clients who purchase share ownership in our real estate projects, ensuring legal accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Handle legal queries, concerns, and complaints from customers and share owners related to property, ownership, documentation, and company policies.

Provide legal counselling and guidance to customers to help them understand their rights, obligations, and available solutions.

Communicate legal matters clearly and professionally to resolve disputes and build customer confidence.

Provide strategic legal counsel to the Senior Management and Board of Directors on legal risks and regulatory matters.

Develop internal policies and governance frameworks and provide legal input in strategic business initiatives to support the company operational & ethical goals.

Interpret laws, regulations, and company policies.

Ensure compliance with company laws, labor laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with government and regulatory authorities and monitor changes in laws affecting the business and external lawyers and law firm

Manage litigation, contracts, and legal documentation.

Fact finding of the cases; by maintaining confidentiality and GBV guideline.

Maintaining cooperation and coordination with the local actors and local govt. representatives.

Maintaining communication and cooperation with like-minded organizations.

Regular need-based visit to host community and receive cases from concern authority and prepare plan for remedy.

Prepare weekly, monthly and periodic reports as per the demand of the Management.

Participate in the design and delivery of legal training, meeting and workshop.

Conduct legal awareness session, mediation with the support of concerned authorities.

Communication and coordination with the police station and taking necessary legal steps (FIR, GD, Petition) as per need.

Manage a caseload of survivors and ensure need based medical as part of legal action.

Communication and coordination with panel lawyers, OCC and other legal agencies.

Support the Paralegal Team in developing the substance and quality of assigned legal program, including group and individual legal information and assistance services.

Good communication and coordination with IRC Team, Pulse BD and other likeminded organizations.

Contribute to building the profile including attending speaking engagements with stakeholders within the legal and donor community.

Contribute to direct delivery of legal services, including delivering legal information sessions and providing legal assistance to clients.

Contribute to prepare report for project manager and donors as per need, including annual reports.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
