Asst. Manager, Interior Sales

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify and pursue prospective clients for interior design, and related services.

Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare appropriate proposals and quotations.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining the company’s business objectives and standards.

Develop and maintain a strong client network, particularly among corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional clients.

Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and ongoing negotiations to ensure timely conversion.

Monitor market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities in the interior and fit-out industry.

Maintain proper sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide management with updates on sales pipeline and achievements.

Coordinate with Design, Project, Accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of client commitments.

Ensure a high level of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationship.

Perform any other sales and business development responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
