✔ Manage and supervise all HR and Administration functions of the factory.
✔ Ensure effective recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement of workers and staff.
✔ Prepare and ensure timely disbursement of salaries, wages, overtime, allowances, and other employee benefits.
