Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing to supervise sales activities, drive investor and client acquisition, support project share and real estate sales, and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets for Northern Spring Amusement Park.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the Sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Drive project share and property sales through effective lead conversion.
• Generate and develop new investor and client leads.
• Build strong relationships with investors and prospective clients.
• Present project, investment, and property opportunities to clients.
• Conduct client follow-ups, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Monitor sales pipeline, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with Marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demand.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support the Manager in sales planning and business development.
• Handle key clients and support high-value sales closures.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer/investor experience.
