Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or Agent Acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Bangla fluency is mandatory.
• For Agent Acquisition: Willingness to conduct field visits and travel within assigned locations.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
