Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our Benefits team as an Associate Benefits Operations Analyst!

Organized with strong planning and prioritization tools

Detail orientated with a high level of accuracy

• Eager to learn and apply a complex set of rules and guides
• Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Self-motivated and initiative driven

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or three to five years of equivalent experience in a dynamic environment in workforce benefits and/or medical insurance
