Associate - Admin & People Ops

Job Responsibilities

• Be part of the employee journey — from onboarding new team members to supporting smooth offboarding.
• Be the go-to person for employees when they have questions about HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and workplace processes.
• Keep employee records, HR systems, and documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Help create a positive employee experience through HR activities, events, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to solve day-to-day people and workplace challenges.
• Take ownership of office administration, including vendors, office supplies, maintenance, procurement, and workplace activities.
• Coordinate and supervise support teams such as reception, cleaning, and security to keep the workplace smooth, welcoming, and well-organized.
• Bring new ideas to improve HR and workplace practices and make everyday employee experiences better.
• Take on other HR and administrative projects where you can learn, contribute, and make an impact.

This isn’t just an HR paperwork role. You’ll work closely with people, teams, and management while helping shape a better employee experience and a more engaging workplace.
