Currently, we are looking for a few passionate SQA engineers who can join our team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with offshore teams (developers, business analysts, and product owners) to understand system requirements and clarify ambiguities.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback from a QA perspective.
• Independently create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for assigned modules/features.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases; analyze results and identify root causes of failures.
• Log, track, and report bugs and QA-related issues clearly, with steps to reproduce, and follow up to closure.
• Monitor debugging processes and verify fixes before release.
• Conduct regression, integration, and post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation scripts/frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, DevOps) to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Support and mentor junior QA engineers as needed, sharing best practices and reviewing their test artifacts.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, contributing a QA perspective to project timelines.

Requirements

• Very good attention to detail.
• Proven experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, or similar).
• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Working knowledge of functional automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, with the ability to write and maintain basic automated test scripts.
• Solid understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or others.
• Experience working with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Analytical mind and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned modules/features, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA engineers is a plus.

Good to have

• Experience building or contributing to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build pipelines.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation/backend testing. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance/testing.

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant degree.
