Job Responsibilities
Academic & Classroom Instruction
Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and lectures according to the approved curriculum for Biology / Accounting.
Conduct engaging daily classes using modern teaching methodologies and practical demonstrations (including lab work for Biology).
Prepare examination question papers, evaluate scripts, and maintain accurate records of student academic performance.
Assess student progress, create student portfolios, and conduct parent-teacher discussions when necessary.
Student Guidance & Support
Provide academic counseling, guidance, and remedial support to students struggling with subject topics.
Maintain strict classroom discipline, high moral standards, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Assist in organizing extra-curricular activities, subject-based clubs, and outdoor educational events.
