Assistant Resident Engineer - Civil (Central Quality Control Team)

Site visit, supervision and quality control at construction sites & checking as per specified Checklist of all structural work & finishing work such as Form Work, Reinforcement work, block laying work, Block work, Plaster work, Tiles work etc.

Casting work supervision, ensuring concrete quality and taking cylinder sample for test.

Study and ensuring implementation of Structural & Architectural drawings of different projects.

Ensuring safety & security measures all works at project.

Supervision & Monitoring of all finishing work.

Provide necessary technical support & instant solution at site.

Preparation of site visit report and submitted to the management.

Ensuring all Construction materials quality of ongoing project.

Quality assurance of all new shuttering materials by visiting vendor workshop.

Quality assurance of all door frame & door shutter wood by visiting CAIDL Store.

Approve and process supplier bills through the ePIC system after confirming materials quality.

Site visit to ensure the method and quality of structure and finishing works of project as per provided specified Checklist.
